Ten area choirs join the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale and the Ovation Orchestra of the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony for an unforgettable evening of music. After three days of workshops and rehearsals, these young performers take the stage as one unified ensemble under the direction of Artistic Director Lori Bammesberger. Featuring guest conductor Kobe Achu of the U.S. Air Force Academy, the program honors our nation's 250th anniversary with music that lifts up hope, community, and the power of young voices.

The American Soundtrack festival shines a spotlight on two titans of American music. Leonard Bernstein's Candide Overture dazzles, and George Gershwin's Porgy and Bess — featuring the voices of the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale — delivers songs that have become part of our cultural DNA.
