WHAT: Fountain Creek Neighborhood Honor Choir a satellite choir of the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale
WHO: Singers grades 3-6 who love to sing & perform
WHERE: Widefield Park & Recreation, 755 Aspen Dr., COS, CO 80911
WHEN: Mondays, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Rehearsals start on February 23 & continue through June 7
Includes 2-3 performances
COST: $65 includes music, choreography, drama instruction, and great performance opportunities as well as t-shirt and music folder.

If there is an illness or disability that will make it necessary for your child to participate on a limited basis or that will require special medications in any emergency, it is imperative for us to know about them so that our staff will be alerted to the situation.
I give permission to the Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale to use my child’s photograph for any official publication, digital media and or productions.
In case of a medical emergency. I/we parents or guardian hereby, give permission to the staff of the Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale to authorize any medical doctor or accredited hospital to take any medical steps necessary to protect the health of our child named above.
